So its time for the big girl room. I can't believe my little baby is turning three! Time goes by so fast! Anyways here are some of my ideas for the room right now (They may change) you'll have to tell me what you think of them. Oh by the way I used http://www.polyvore.com/ to come up with the decor board. I highly recommend polyvore just one problem its highly addictive! Anyways back to ideas for my little girls room, as you can see the colors I've choosed to go with are pink, green and white. I'm thinking of painting the walls pink to make the white furniture pop out. I'm also playing with the idea of painting a desk that I found at a thrift store green. I also really like the lighting idea and I'm currently looking for old lamp shades to rewire and paint. The fabric that I'm going with has the same colors Green Pink and White. So there you have it you'll have to tell me what you think, by all means if you have any ideas please share! thanks everyone

WOW!
Wow!! I just have to share this with all of you! Did you know that you can have a custom wedding dress for well under $1,000 and made in Italy no less. I remember back in the day (and I mean back in the day!) when I was shopping with my mom for my wedding dress, I found that it was really hard to find one that not alone fit me, but didn't look all puffy and weird. Anyways I came across this dress on Etsy, lets just say its Lovely with a capital L!

Pumpkin Earrings
Wow, is what came to my mind when I came across these Pumpkin earrings on Etsy last night. They are beautifully hand made by ShySiren. I personally love her style, and the wire wrapping is gorgeous defiantly something I would wear. (Just a little hint to love ones) anyways back to the Pumpkin Earrings the pumpkin its self is a handmade bead by a Polymer clay artist Tiana Rutledge. I have personally tried to make Polymer Clay Beads in the past and well let’s just say that I learned that it’s best to leave it to the experts. Don’t get me wrong it was really fun to try but for some reason my hand made beads just didn’t turn out as nice as Tiana’s.

Spooky little Pendant
It’s that time of year again are you ready! Now, I’m not one to wear the Halloween sweaters or the candy corn socks, however I could defiantly see myself wearing this cute or should I say “spooky” necklace made by JesseJanes. This cute pumpkin pendant was created from an old Scrabble Tile and one of a kind graphic image. Each Pendant is packaged in its own small gift bag perfect for giving away to your little goblin. I just love how professional all their pendants look.

Nap Time Has Returned!
The best part about school starting up again is that nap time has finally returned to our home! This whole summer my two and a half year old had refused to take any naps, I just thought that she had grown out of it. But luckily with the home finally quite she is able to fall sleep, nap time has finally returned along with a little of mom’s sanity! Which brings me to my search for an item to feature; I came across this cute little owl, made by Dreaminggiggles. It’s a perfect way to let everyone know that it’s time to be quite, it can easily be hung from the nursery door or in my case the front door to let the UPS man know to quietly knock, (It seems like every time he shows up its right in the middle of nap time) It almost like he knows! lol.

ahhh First day Outfits
So the first day of school is behind us, I can’t believe my little girl is now in school. I have to admit, I was a little nervous for her to ride the school bus for the first time. In fact I almost got in the car and followed her to school but I resist the urge. LoL Needless to say she got there just fine, although it was the coming home part that bothered me the most. Just worrying about whether or not she would get off the bus at the right stop and not too early. Luckily the first day went off without a hitch. Anyways… back to my item of the day, so everyone I have talked to about Katie starting school has reminisced with me, about their first day. It seems that everyone remembers the exact outfit they wore on their first day of school. In fact I to remember my first outfit which was a purple shirt with matching purple and pink flowered pants, ahh the good old 80’s. (needless to say I don’t wear much purple now lol) anyways… So I found this adorable dress at LilMissMuffin shop. My little girl loves dresses, she would wear them all the time if I would let her. LilMissMuffin has some really cute ones in her shop, not to mention her pricing is perfect! I highly recommend stopping by and taking a look! I know I will definitely be putting it on my list for Easter Dresses in the Spring!
